 Dr. Kolo has successfully founded and exited several technology companies focused on both private and public sector applications. He served as Chief Technology Officer at multiple mid-Cap market companies. He most recently Brian served as an Expert at McKinsey & Company advising clients on AI, analytics, cybersecurity,  and intellectual property due diligence. Brian has a Ph.D. in AI and Computational Physics, a J.D. in Law, and is licensed to practice before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office. Brian has authored several technical books on a range of topics from an analytic treatise on multiobjective optimization to IP and Technology Due Diligence published by the American Bar Association. 

Ray Britt is a Naval Reserve Commander and Submarine Officer, as well as a seasoned acquisitions expert with extensive experience across defense, maritime, and environmental engineering sectors. He has supported leading organizations such as Booz Allen Hamilton, Leidos, and innovative startups including Fisker Automotive. As a leader of ventures like Earth Systems,

 and SoftShox, Britt merges technical expertise with entrepreneurial drive to advance unmanned systems, shipyard safety, and environmental remediation. Renowned for integrity, strategic vision, and leadership, he balances service to country with dedication to family, creativity, and community impact.
